Friendly Caullieggegg!
Hello! Here is an egg from the past. Because really, how many eggs can I eat all the time? Many, is the answer. An uncountable many. And yet still sometimes I forget to photograph them, or maybe I remember, but then my camera has no more battery life, or maybe I am eating yet another fried egg on yet another pizza. (That is a lie – every time I eat an egg on a pizza I post it.)
Here is a purely gratuitous egg; the dish was exciting enough without it. But how much more exciting with! And so, friends, here is a cauliflower pasta egg:
Friends, this is what we call a soffritto:
Here are the tomatoes:
OMG! What has he done?!
Yes, a whole cauliflower! I cook it in the sauce! Then I break it in pieces and put it on the pasta:
And then, of course, the egg.
Stay tuned for parsley! And a different plate!

Couscous à gogo!
Alas, the process shots are all out of focus, so just try to imagine what layering this up was like (fun is what!):
This poor egg looks so weird. Like a sad volcano.
