Eggtuna? Gesundheit!

Tuna salad like my aunt used to make: tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped celery, salt & pepper. The mustard makes it. Tomato and spinach because that’s what we had lying around.

Apparently this was eaten in February. It was good!
