More noodles




Yeah, I make a lot of noodles. It's quick and easy and feels healthy. And a treat to put an egg on.

Prawns, beets, quinoa, feta, mushrooms, what? Egg?

Glen made a crazy thing. And I was very grateful. He even fried an egg for it.

While I am enjoying this blog a great deal, I cannot quite keep up with the egg consumption required, especially as I prefer to eat two eggs with each meal that I photograph rather than just one. GUEST EGG: PARIS EGG!




Egg salad? Salad Egg!
Putting an egg in it is also an excellent way to go about egging your food. This place does the gnarliest salads. After lunch here, you are pretty much done for the day. Drink half a liter of rosé, skip the end of the Tour de France, and call it a day. Or go eat a huge steak here and then ride Vélib around Montparnasse all night.

Another classic.



I love this one so much. Even though I made such a crappy pizza—I forgot loads of ingredients—it was still good, and the egg was delicious.
