Farmers’ Eggs

Straight home from the farmers’ market: sourdough, peppery greens, poachy eggs.



Poaching doesn’t get fresher than this! Unless you have a farm or your own chickens or something, obviously.

Hard-boiled

Sunday lunchtime snack:


Tuna salad, baby spinach, tomato, toast.


Egg! I don’t know why we hard-boiled them, but we did. Delicious!
