Guest Egg: Veggie Fishy Poach Supreme!

Or something. I didn’t recognize these pictures, then realized that this couldn’t have been something I ate because of the anchovies. I mean, I’ll eat them, but not by choice. Occasionally I’ll add them to pasta dishes, but really I’d rather go without them. However, this looks quite exciting, and if you like salty, sweaty fishes, I’m sure you’d love this:

It does look really good.

It’s just those fishes...
