German Egg
Hello. Here is a crappy cell-phone photo of a strange lunch. I shared a “taster” platter of Bavarian appetizers, which just turned out to be a bunch of different meat salads:
Hey, wow, look at that crazy coleslaw! Oh wait, that’s chopped up hot dog with mayonnaise. Hmmm.
Hey, check out that cabbage! Oh, I see. More meat in egg-sauce.
Etc.
Anyway, there was one thing on the menu that I absolutely had to go for:
They called it something like “giant meatballs with fried eggs,” which is basically what it was. I’m not sure what the difference between their giant meatballs and a hamburger is, but it was tasty and eggy. I washed it down with a liter of beer and then I had to go back to work. The end.
