Can you believe I got served this in Italy? What am I, a stupid gringo tourist? Did you just sweep the floor and chuck it on my pizza? Do you know I’m an egg blogger?!?

Hi, I'm a fellow egg lover. My favourite way to enjoy an egg or two, is simply called "Mashed up Egg in a Cup". Just add two eggs to your favourite cup, add a little butter and salt, and mash ferociously with a fork. And enjoy!
